Anyone know how to fix this?

This shit is really starting to bother me and has been here for over a month now. On the left upper side of my computer screen there is a transparent square box that appears every minute or so and whenever it appears, you can't click on that area, you have to move your mouse off it and it appears a lot when I'm trying to double click and it just pops up then I have to move my mouse off, go back, and if it appears again...it takes me like 5 fucking minutes to open a folder because of this shit and it's really starting to piss me off. I opened my paint document and painted the entire file on the paint document to black and moved the paint document right over the area then multi-clicked until the box showed up and took a picture so you can see the transparent box more easily. Please tell me if you know how to fix this.

 

maybe you could back up all your files on an external hard drive and reinstall everything
