how come my program switched to windows 98 visual style i was just making my
history box and it just started to look like windows 98 but only 2 things my status bar and my webbrowser???

I think you cancelled the .net framework windows xp style from the project tab or maybe it's just a bug in vb.

can u provide a screenshot? do you mean the program created or the IDE ".NET" itself?

If you called Graphics2D in your project, that will cause this to happen.
