how can they recover

if i bought an account with no current members recoverys or bank pin how can the person recover it?

It was a member if the past (my worry)

Never buy accounts.

The original owner always has claim to the account. Regardless of current recovery answers, recent passwords, etc. As long as they have enough history about the account, jagex will return it to them.

Hence why buying accounts is never advised.

 

ALL accounts can be recovered. Don't buy them if you don't want to lose your geepees.
