def training in f2p?

i need to know the best place to train def in f2p. im working on getting all of my accounts def up to 85 on all of them.

all of the accounts are:
def27,atk30,str27,hp29
def45,atk45,str50,hp40(im not 100% sure on those stats because i cant log into the account atm but those are close)
def57,atk64,str69,hp64
def65,atk68,str70,hp68
def72,atk81,str81,hp79

i just need some places to train defense for these accounts.

a good place would be afk the spiders in the stronghold get like 50k xp a hour with the last account

 

im trying to do all of them. just want to know like a little guide or something. something telling me at every 10 lvls what to do next.

 

for the low lvl accs id go into the the strong hold and go train on lvl 29 monitours

 

White/Black knights. Somewhere there was a prayer altar. I may be wrong.

 

In F2P your best bet would be Giant Spiders, or Cockroaches (The big ones).

 

yea, thats what i was thinking, but atm with the second to lowest acc im at the roaches but im doing the lower ones for now because of my level. im going to go to the higher ones with my higher accs. i need to get a good auto. rsbot sucks. no support whatsoever. website is always down.
