Lift weights and keep your body active as much as possible. Try swimming. This will speed up your metabolism and you will be able to eat more. Eat as much healthy food as you can, and throw in a protein shake if you want to.

You're an idiot. If you want to get ripped you need to do low reps and heavy weight. This means doing roughly 80% of your max on all of your exercises for abou 5-10 reps per set. Don't eat food to gain fat as that hides your muscles, is unhealthy for you, and will actually affect your muscle growth. Eat more calories everyday and make sure you are consuming around your body weight (or more if you're really skinny) in protein, meaning if you weight 125, you should consume 125g of protein every day.

Eat more food, but don't eat food to gain fat, eat to gain muscle.

It is only bad for you if you don't drink enough water, if you drink tons of water you will be fine.
