    How can I find Color Balance in Adobe PSE 7?
    I cannot find it for the life of me. Please help.

    How can I find Color Balance in Adobe PSE 7?
    Image -> Adjustments -> Color Balance.

    Edit: Never mind, thought you said Photoshop 7.
