Paypal Issue

Hello everyone, my paypal is verified and a guy tried to send me $10.35 USD and it says "Sorry this recipient can't accept personal payments" what's wrong with my account? can someone help me please? *Do not say to contact paypal, I just sent a message to them already*

 

Does he have a business paypal account? Not sure if it means anything usually contacting paypal IS the best way to resolve an issue like this. Try a simple google search with the issue

His paypal is personal & mine's too I believe, dunno about mine tbh.. but both verified.

 

If he added the money with a credit card. Sometimes it just takes time for the credit to go through. When I used Skrill I had this problem and it took me 2 weeks before I could get the payment done.
