I think it's moon glare only he got it for making banners, and the nextgen moon glare light skin or something.

Wouldn't it be more suitable to give this rank to specific artists which have shown their potential of being capable in advanced art?

Still, i see why Moonglare got it.
I'd love to see others getting it too, i'd love to make a peice of art for Sythe and get rewarded with a rank such as that
