How can I buy gold with PP without paying fee's?

I have a balance in my paypal account, so I will be paying directly from my paypal balance, not a bank account or credit card.

Is that not enough to avoid fees?

 

If you're paying as goods/services then receiver is always charged with fees.

 

another option would be buying from someone within the same region or country as you ex Canadian sending to Canadian or american sending to american you won't be charged fees in this case

 

So if I find a seller which would accept payment as "friend or family" option that would avoid the fee.

Paypal used to have a 'Gift' option, I'm not sure if they have it anymore.
If you send it as a personal thing, like a friend I think it's only YOU who pays fees.
I think if it's a service or business thing like product and stuff that they pay the fee, or it's a split fee?

And if it's the same country you won't have to pay the exchange rate.
