How can I buy BTC/LTC/ETH without using Coinbase?

Been trying to buy for about a week,
I can pay with PayPal/BoA account
Any site I can buy from that has no more than 5-6% fees?
Can only provide American passport as identification and thats why I can't use Coinbase

 

Use the market here! The fees may be that high though...

 

problem is don't think anyone here would be willing to accept paypal from me, that's why I'm asking for a certain website or something

 

Then use coinbase. Or buy OSRS on a gold selling website, and sell the gold to people for Crypto.

 

Coinbase doesn't accept american passports as verification for some dumb reason, and yes I will look into that. might lose like 10% but meh

The fees after coinbase are harsh either way, and takes a while to get your coin. This would be more instant.

 

There is a forums hackforums I believe it is called, I saw some people selling for paypal there
