Fastest/Best way to get to 70/70/70?

So yeah, I've created a new account and am trying to get to 70 attack, 70 strength and 70 defense. As a member, what is the fastest way to do this?

I'm thinking of doing Waterfall quest first to get 30 attack and 30 str, then where should I go from there? Thanks guys

I hear rock crabs have a pretty high ban-rate, would fleshies be a better option if I were to use a script? Thanks.

 

You shoulda said botting lol mate. If you're going to do that just do it anywhere in f2p. No reason to invest in an acc

 

I've gotten to 70/70/70 already in f2p, but got banned shortly after. I am aware that botting in F2p has an exponentially higher ban rate than botting as a member.

Do Vampire Slayer, Waterfall, Tree Gnome, Fight arena, etc. and you'll be like 38 attack 30+ strength in no time.

maybe look into seeing if the time is worth doing some bigger quest like monkey madness/dragon slayer/frem trials.

 

I can't man, planning to host myself nmz from 70/70/70 - 99/99/99. Doing those quests would disallow that

 

Oh I see. I'm sorry about that, I really don't know a particular training spot I would use for it. maybe rock crabs till 60 60 60 and see if bandits are worth/normal NMZ modes with dragon scimitar training attack to 70 first then using a saradomin sword for strength and a whip for defense. That's probably how I'd go about it.

 

Try training on ghouls in canafis. It's pretty empty and effective.
