Mr. Code's Ban Dispute

I was recently scammed by Precarious.

Earlier today, i was going to buy his guide. But before i bought his guide i told him how i made some money on EBAY. I told him i bought a guide on how to sell stuff legaly on ebay OFF EBAY that got me 200$ in one day before, but it made me feel really guilty later because i basically sold them stuff that doesn't work. Even though i put in the description that the stuff didn't work. So it was legal.

I told him ide trade him that guide +3USD. but he declined so i sent him 8USD.
Then, he scammed me and went offline.

He then came back under a new msn.

Then he MSN's me about it, trying to buy it.

I have not seen ANY guide on this forums saying 20-300$/day on Ebay that is currently selling for 35$ which is what i bought it for.
I NEVER RE-SELL ANY GUIDE BOUGHT ON SYTHE WITHOUT PERMISSION.

I believe i was banned wrongly. As the scammer was trying to "take me down with him" as he also said in MSN.
Please un-ban me.
