Grave - Ban Dispute

This is the dispute I was supposed to post yesterday evening, but I fell asleep after I came back from school. Feel free to read it if you have time.

I'd like to first start out by saying I understand I was banned by Richard and he most likely does not wish for me to come back for whatever reason, but I also would really love to be given an explanation as to why I was permanently banned and know if I could receive a chance to come back. I'm going to go ahead and explain every possible reason I personally think I could have been banned for, but if the reason is something not mentioned here I'd appreciate it if it was clarified. I respect Richard's decision of making the ban reason "unappeleable", however I have tried contacting him and explaining myself to him through two different people and received no response.

Friendship with Sigex
A person by the name "clean trade" messaged me on MSN saying he was scammed by someone and the person says he is sigex. I was interested, and told him to invite me to a conversation. Anyway, Sigex and I had an argument and he threatened to frame me. I frantically private messaged Tgump and he said not to worry. At the time, Tgump was friends with Sigex and so were many other staff members. Anyway, after the argument we started talking and we began to like each other. We played some games here and there, talked about our lives, and became friends. I can't remember exactly when, but around December of 2008, I was banned for phishing. After a long talk with everyone I could, it turns out the ban was requested by someone with no evidence, mainly because he was scared that I was friends with Sigex. I'm not really sure how the whole phishing thing was derived from me being friends with Sigex, but it was sorted out with Shredderbeam and he unbanned me with trade with caution. This was later removed. My relationship with Sigex has continued, but I do not associate with his wrong doings. We play games such as Minecraft, minigolf, and other basic multiplayer. In the most recent times, he's talked to me about his server and such, and he hasn't done anything close to Sythe and scamming for a while. I honestly do trust him within my heart, and hold him as a very good friend. I don't know why it's so hard to understand that a legitimate trader can become friends with a scammer; maybe I'm abnormal, but I've never scammed/hacked/phished in my life. It's simply against my moral beliefs.

Tiny chat, Syed/Brandon & "The Skype Crew"
I remember in the spam forum, Grafix had created a Tiny chat and misspelled it as "sytheofficia". This was in the Spam Forum and I went ahead and went there. It was pretty cool, so I continued going there and soon Syed made one called "sythe official". Anyway, on July 04, 2010, Julia from Tiny chat invited me to a conversation with: Brandon, David Fsjal, Drewskyd, Syed, and thomasjones57. We were talking about the same usual nonsense that goes on in Tiny chat because we have no lives, and this continued on a daily basis. I remember on the first day Drew, Justin, David, and Syed were playing world of warcraft. I decided to play with them and we mainly talked about that for the entirety of the summer until Justin left for vacation, and then I left for vacation. When I came back is where the trouble started. Apparently, Austin was either banned or demoted from bribing, he and Brandon had made a fake against Finn, Syed had done some more stupid shit, etc. Once I came back from vacation I tried my best to get everyone to stop doing stuff like that and even helped out in some occasions, including the Tyro and Hananerd hacking situations. I'd really like to keep this private between whichever staff member wants to hear it though as saying some things in public will get me in trouble. Anyway, Finn started hating me for talking to people on Skype because of the framing issue, and I don't blame him. He removed me from Facebook, blocked me on MSN, and probably was against me on whatever occurred after that. I do keep voice logs and text logs of everything, so please let me know if you need any to prove anything. I can give you all of them, but they do add up to a hefty 3.11GB though, which will take a very long time to upload, if anywhere even allows an upload of that size. I might be able to break them up. (Edit1) The "Skype Crew" is pretty much broken up as of 09/03/10. People still on Skype ocassionaly, but a lot have started school and can't be on all the time, and some have gotten scared off due to the recent bans. We rarely do voice calls anymore, just ocasionally chat to eachother about random subjects.

Active member of the Spam Forum
I can be serious when it's necessary (I'm taking 7 AP Classes and a College Course and have high responsibilities), nevertheless I love to goof off. My first perception of the spam forum was a place where you could have any conversations about anything. Once again, I have no life, so this was the place for me. The majority of my posts are probably here. In the past week or two Richard has gotten upset from trolls and I tried to respect that as much as I could. I created a thread called "Grave's Daily Banned Logs" which was a satire of my life while I was temporarily banned. I don't know if this brought any offence to anyone, and even Spyike took it as a good joke. I truly do apologize if this harmed anyone in any way; I'm also very serious about the ban I received and I will never repeat the mistake that got me the temporarily ban in the first place.

The Chriscross Report & Syndrefyrn Leak
I'd like to start out by stating the Chriscross report was 100% serious and I didn't know it was going to be shot down. I should have figured it would since the majority of the staff voted to bring him back with a trade with caution. Anyway, let's go back to two days before the report. Syed gets on Skype and says Sindrefyrn is leaking him staff lounge and tells me to teamview him. I do, just enough to get evidence to get Sindrefyrn banned. Now, right now, I wanted to get revenge at Sindrefyrn for temporarily banning me for a bullshit reason. As childish as it was, it was also the right thing to do. However, Syed threatened me not to and told me to wait a day or so until Sindrefyrn goes public and gets himself banned. Chris got involved in the entire mess, and anyway, Sindre came in and I started to like him (Yeah I know I fucking love everybody, don't I?). I still wanted to get him banned though, but I was patiently waiting for my temporary ban to wear off. Actually, I even tried getting him banned before that; ask Louis. I messaged him asking him if he hated anyone. The reason for this was, I didn't want to give the proof to someone I couldn't trust. The message had to be safely delivered to Richard. However, Louis said he didn't and I crossed out that plan. Okay, back to the temporary ban. It was supposed to wear off that night, but the Sythe times are messed up and it wore off the next afternoon when I came back from school. I made my ban log thread on the spam forum, and we were still discussing the Sindre thing. I was still supposed to get him banned, but it turns out Chris had already done so. I learned this when I came back from school and Syed told me he wanted to show me "something cool" (him framing farcast. I stumbled upon the proof of Chris saying he was trying to get Farcast banned after I left the conversation, which Chris edited the logs of and posted on his TWC dispute. I still can't believe the majority of the staff is going with him even after the numerous amount of proof I posted against him; I feel like I'm being pointed at for doing the right thing.

iBreakRules Community
This is a website I've created and restarted several times. The newest version was started due to the encouragement of a few of my friends. It was just a fun place to hang out and play on the arcade, etc. Some of the staff members were previously banned on Sythe. Brandon was one, but after he started hacking people he was demoted. Syed remained an admin and I specifically told him not to release any IPs or information to Brandon. We have not spammed Sythe with any advertisements; nearly all of them are in signatures. We're not a secret community against Sythe. I even tried keeping it as different from Sythe as possible.

Why I still Value Sythe
When I first joined Sythe, I came to sell my main account. Later it developed into a gold selling business and I made about $2000. I went on a hiatus, came back and did some small trades. During the summer I did mostly skilling and make another 2-3 grand. Since the beginning I tried committing 10% of my earnings to Sythe as a 'commission' but I changed my mind when I saw the donation money wasn't properly being used. I changed my mind recently though, and made two threads where I would donate a dollar per reply within the next few hours. The first thread went well and I donated through Spyike, and the second thread, I have yet to donate. Even if I remain banned, I would like Matthew's address so I can mail the $56 promised. I've also helped out many members of the community in general, and tried my best to help around throughout my 2 years at Sythe. I'm proud to say I've prevented many hacking incidents, scammings, and I even remember trying to help Sin with the pop-up phishers. I greatly value Sythe, and it's been the majority of my life for the past two years and I would like my presence here to continue. I haven't done any harm toward the website, staff, or members. I'm always helpful to members when they ask for help as long as I'm not busy. I've contributed to the user guides section, and not all my posts are just pure garbage. Please put all my friendships aside. My friends do not have an impact on my actions; I hope you can understand that. I have nothing to hide, feel free to ask whatever you believe necessary.

Also, I feel that Richard should have input for this, as he personally banned Grave. I felt like posting the dispute here as per where it belongs instead of sending a PM to Sythe, as there are more important things to be dealt with.

If Sythe does respond to this dispute, I'll humbly offer my opinion, even though I'm sure he himself has good reasoning for your ban.

I strongly recommend against unbanning Grave. My reasoning is simple: I don't think an integral, respectful person who allegedly ''values'' this site would continue to associate themselves who have a great deal of contempt for this site and have acted immorally. I am also relatively confident in saying you've harboured discussions pertaining to hacking, use of RATs, framing, etc.
