Scam Report for iLikeTurtlezz

I sent iLikeTurtlezz 21.50 on paypal for like 34m and I went first ( dumb ). Well I don't think he is intentionally scamming me I think he is just a paypal noob but his lack of communication has caused me to put this scam report. If he decides to trade me the money or he somehow accepts the payment before I recover it and gives me the rsgp. Then I will pm the mods and hopefully he can get unbanned.
