RSGP Donation Feedback

First of all, I'm not posting this thread to hate or disrespect FireZ, it's a simple feedback.

I respect FireZ for everything he's doing on Sythe but I've been trying to donate for more than a week, more specifically, for 12 days and I never got a PM or a message on MSN from him.

I think that the system should be updated because there is too much RSGP donation for what FireZ can handle, due to his high responsibility on the markets.

I think the best solution would be to add someone that would help taking the RSGP donations, like this it would improve the system.

I totally support this, like Lillie said FireZ did alot of great things for sythe, but i think maybe improving the RSGP donation system couldn't hurt. I think there is a lot of people waiting to donate and i understand FireZ probably has some important real life issues that must pass before Sythe's dutie but i think that maybe getting 2-3 Mods or Admins on the RSGP donation could really help speeding up the proccess!

 

The big difference between paypal and GP donations is Paypal I send instructions then go anywhere and you can finish it yourself. GP donations I literally have to "meet" with each user 1 by 1.


How many of you would be interested in me writing up an explanation of how the whole system works?

 

We all know that the GP Donation process is way longer than any other method due to the multiple steps, including meeting everyone 1 by 1.

I didn't know where to post this thread since it concerns you in another way, I wanted to suggest through this post, as mentioned in my last paragraph, to maybe add someone else to help you with this.

 

I know how the system works and i'm aware you have a life also thats why i suggested that you shouldn't be alone and the post wasen't aimed at YOU but at the RSGP DONATION SYSTEM

As far as I'm concerned, FireZ basically has an account/bondwith a bunch of his own money in it. When someone donates RSGP he contacts the staff and the rank is taken from his own money. So in my opinion maybe we should just appreciate what he's doing. If you really need to donate, send Sythe a letter!

It can be hard, FireZ, but I would be more than willing to assist you in collecting the RSGP if that's the only barrier.

 

If you have the time to write up a quick explanation, I think it might be for the best. I know a lot of work goes into the RSGP donations you collect and a lot of people don't realize that.

 

You could have people put the RSGP on to a noob account and just PM you name/pass to take it off when you have the time.

The only problem that may come from this though is people trying to claim you stole it whatever and never actually had money on the account, IDk. Was just an idea kinda.

FireZ has literally done it for me 3 times, in under an hour. He is awesome, so is his service.

But FireZ, I agree that you should get an assistant.

Took $1,000.00 today keep them coming, sorry for the delays.

 

Most of the time, yet it's only been once, I donated with FireZ and it only took a matter of time which was Matthew logging on to upgrade my account and recieved the donation. FireZ is usually really quick when it comes to it, though, I haven't experienced this. I'd say that another Moderator doing this kind of thing could come in handy for more donations and etc.
