What are the rules on hosting a competition? I'm looking to do one somewhere in the Graphics Section (not sure exactly where). Thankyou :)

There isn't really a set of rules for hosting competitions. If you want to have one you are allowed to, but it cannot be called "official" unless it is approved by an admin.

Oh ok. Know what section I should put it in? I was thinking Graphics Gallery and/or Community General.

Graphics Gallery if its for graphics, then you wont get all the noobs with paint trying to do stuff, but if you want a heap of people to do it, try community section

I've posted the actual competition in Community General, and I'm advertising it in the Spam Forum.
