I think people should specify which game and et cetera. It's most likely for Modern Warfare Two, it's basically a modded lobby or hacked lobby to get Prestige and Unlock all items et cetera. People should also include which console it's for.

I actually got in to this and it was pretty fun.
All that was on was a speed hack but it was pretty cool going through the
map and jumping through buildings.
