A little more about our datacenter/your server:
Hopfile.com uses world class Dell server technologies in combination with the Ubuntu linux operating system to deliver the most reliable service to our customers. Customer websites are hosted on an $11,000 Dell PowerEdge R805 Quad Core server with 64GB of ram divided into 940 seperate Virtual Private servers with Xen virtualization technology. Routine databackups are stored to surge-protected corsair memory cards. Our datacenter, located at the Westin Building in Seattle (just four blocks from the space needle), sits directly on top of a mainstream 100mbps internet backbone. Utilizing specialized fiberoptic internet services from Qwest and Comcast our datacenters have three redundant connections to fall on in the event that service fails on one of them. The facility is backed by UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units and a 500 gallon capacity Ingersoll Rand generator capable of running for 80 hours without refueling. Qualified professionals monitor the data centers 24 hours a day in combination with full-coverage video surveillance. Powerful Carrier temperature, air quality and humidity systems ensure a perfect environment for our sensitive servers. In addition, in the unlikely event that an earthquake occurred the building is on rollers to provide essential shock absorption to minimize damage to the sensitive instruments.

A little more about me, and how hopfile started:
Hopfile Hosting Inc, a subsidiary corporation of Vibesoft Designs Inc and current affiliate of Spry was formed on September 12th, 2007 by Vaughan DeHart. Hopfile.com was first dedicated to file hosting and ran on servers from precision-media.net (no longer existant). I thought I should further mention that your server source must be written in java (it most likely is but you never know, I've heard of people fiddling around with a private c++ source).
