Briefly explain the trade: Requires people to give him their detail to upgrade their account, but is not willing to use MM. Claims upgrades do not work when it has to do with a shitty account. He plans on logging in and changing the password to get other player kicked off.
How they scammed: Attempted.

Will not use MMs like The Black Tux. Claims that it takes too long to wait for a MM... and is fine with OMM, but who would pay for OMM for something like this...

I got a funny feeling that this got something to do with the fact that I told him my account is lvl 3 with no skills or money.... you told me that you cant upgrade becouse runescape "prepaid server" is down.. and now u are selling them again 15 minutes later? what happened to "lets do it tomorrow" .. I would say TWC!

This just proves he was going to change the password to get the player kicked off. Good work.
