    Well, after many searches (I wasted some time) and it's not my fault. From my searches on the shop, I could not find the email address that you indicated. And I also found the problem (the buyer's inattention to write the correct email address plus all problems of non-functional products are solved on https://shoppy.gg/@CheaperAcc/query )
    A replacement is simple for me, then how do we solve it... you open a Query or....

    Ok, now I don't know what you are waiting for, give me a Query on the link above. And I solve the problem, I'm active on the shop and I answer very quickly. It also happened to others but it was solved simply... they said they had a wrong email or they didn't receive the product, they added which product they bought and when they bought and that's it.

    I am waiting for the purchased product. All payment info was given and then ignored purposefully. The correct email is now established right? Are you now asking me to copy and paste this info into the website chat or something?

    You know something, the products are sold and replaced on shoppy, anyway I wasted a lot of time with you and I think you are a child ... no offense.
    I will block you from the store after replacing the bad one and take it to another one and annoy him. (of course the warranty is valid but you will not be able to purchase)
