January 14th: botters nightmare? Im dreading the day, just gotmrolled back had some epic skills. Have my 34 mil tho i really really really hope rhwy dont roll back because ill be first on their list to. You thibk there will actually be rollback?

And ive been wondering whats this so called "dection system" can they really sence bots?

Well, I'm botting until 99 Attack, then I'm done botting on my main forever. Hopefully they don't ban me or roll me back before than. I'll hit it just before the 14th.

 

I think it will be a massive banning, but probably only for ones who got caught at the time, and what about system, theres nothing bot makers can't surpass...

Jagex have always insisted their detection systems are improving and will catch everyone botting but I think it's a load of shit. They have some basic methods that was leaked in the .pdf from the Pmod forums but apart from that nothing. If you use a reflection bot sensibly you SHOULD be ok.

 

Im in the same boat, botting 99 strength (currently 96), then Im also done botting on my main forever.

 

Im working on 84 - 99 Hunter on a starter Pure, Been botting 24/7 Kinda just waiting for the rollback or permban now =/

 

why is everyone talking about a mass bann i seen no proof or this someone get me some pics please or pm me the thread the proof is in other wise kids stop worryiing jagex wont basically let RWT happen for no reason they obviously only thinking about wanting more membership so will just continue to ban as normal

 

There is a massive ban coming. It was stated several times on RuneScape.com

 

Exactly why I stopped botting for the time been, few weeks after update I will continue

 

*sigh* There is no NEW detection sytem. it's just re-assurance for all the legit players to think "oh bots are gone, Then yes I want free trade back."

What's so much more undetecable about reflection? Wasn't the old Powerbot/RSBot injection/not reflection, but I never got banned using that :/

 

Please link me to where Jagex stated there would be a mass ban? This is what's bad about rumors, a week or so ago a "leaked" PMod forum post stated that a huge mass ban would occur, now people have convinced themselves Jagex called them up and told them about it, LOL.

Whether there is a mass ban or not, stopping NOW isn't going to help, If Jagex's so called "new detection system" can detect bots easily, were all screwed so no need to take precautions now, its a bit late, LOL.

BUT, I don't think they have any better detection system than they always have had, and even if they could detect all the bots without issues, I doubt they would actually mass ban all of them, thats quite a few monthly membership fees to just remove from the game.

 

Good thing I haven't botted on my main in about a year, my multiple pures have been being botted on everyday for the past few weeks so lets hope those aren't caught

 

im thinking they are going to watch the amounts traded between accounts. so say if a 24/7 botted account trades 500m to another account then theyll both get banned:X idthink they going to ban them right away

 

I personally think they have something in store for the majority of powerbotters and nexus botters. Knowing Jagex, they'll mass ban like last time for RWTing.

 

I think there gunna take all the rolled back account and mass ban them then say they have a new "Detection system". Or they have something up there sleaves. Lets just hope i don't get banned. Been botting yews like 8 hours a day.
