Sent me the following proof which backs up all of his claims. He asked ingame about his ban so does not have a screenshot of them stating his ban reason, however he's asking again and waiting on a reply (now that the accusation has been posted I doubt they're going to reply and confirm.) The sheer fact that Cherry's account wasn't banned when Cartel's was should be enough evidence to prove he's directly responsible for his ban.

Apologize for the order as they're the order I received them in, also apologize for the quality as they're screenshots of the screenshots he sent me which were in a file format as opposed to a link.

Shocking? Not at all. He is clearly who he was previously accused of being or associated with him in some manner and directly responsible for scamming The Cartel 50$/banning his OS SCAPE account.

Both are from the Netherlands as well, and in his dispute he gave some BS excuse for not posting from a home IP immediately:

My guess is he needed those few days not because he was out of town at the time, but either was going out of town in a few days (the day he posted from his "home" IP) or needed a friend of his in a different location to post from their home IP so it wouldn't be traced back to him.
