    Is it worth it to buy carries for the cosmetic drop? If i die every time?

    ToA is just doing it deathless at 300/425/500.

    I can see it was confirmed by Mod Arcane that dying does affect the drop chance the same way it does for uniques in normal ToB.

    Getting it serviced remotely might also be another option.
