Recovering an old account

Not really that old but it is quite old and I am the original creator of it. I gave it to a friend that has since cut ties with me and does not play anymore either. I am located in the same house where I created it and know everything there is to know about it but there is an email associated with it now.

I tried to use emails I used on it back in the day but had no such luck. Could somebody give me some advice to get around the email and just send a straight appeal? I cannot find a decent guide. PM me or post here and I'll read it eventually. I just wanted to play f2p again on the account and enjoy the game I loved playing long ago and see how much it has changed in the years since I quit.

I think if you email either [email protected] or [email protected] and tell them you lost the e-mail or something then they'll help you with it.

 

same thing happened to me but the monkeys i mean jmods at jagex say I need the recovery questions but i already told them i dont have it

Did you include as many old passwords as you could remember and tell them the location from which you created the account? I recovered an account from 6 years of non-use by posting on the RSOF to compare the creation IP addresses of my current account and the old account.

You can post on the forums as a nonmember with a certain total level I believe. I don't even know if the support thread I used back then still exists since they revamped their so called 'customer support'.

You gotta email them proof of ownership now , first pass,old recoveries,first ISP, When you created it etc.. you cant do it the old way anymore if theres a email associated with it sadly. I have had a battle with a hacker and jagex to prove I am the true owner and eventually they gave in and gave me back my main.

 

you need to make a email recovery, you need to put in original acc name, recoveries, ip, creation date etc and send to -> [email protected]
they will then remove the registered email on it and link you to a manual recovery page.
