Assualt-Scammer

I posted a thread saying i needed a YT layout + Avatar.

And he told me on MSN that he would make a high quality graphics for 25M.
If you check the thread I said i need in two days time. Check the date out, Now look at todays date. On my thread i've posted hes confirmed i've payed him the 25m.

Four days later, I go to check how it's going, at this point knowing i've probs been scammed.
And i notice no art work done, and hes saying BUMP-open ready to do graphics?

And as you can see i've posted about twice asking how is it going, he ignores me quite a few times. And decideds to go to other people's post. I asked him about it, and he's told me hes trail to PHOTOSHOP has run out.
Then i told him taking my cash knowing your P/S trail has gone was very unprofessional, as my computer over heated and turn it's self off i dont have any proof of him saying that, but when i did log back into MSN this is what he had to respond about me saying he was being unprofessional. He's said he wont refund me and it will take him quite awhile to get P/S.
Pfft? then he goes offline.
Proof i'm not talking to an imposter.
I know this prob isn't enough proof to get him banned, But before any mega actions are taken like that, I would like a mod to ask him to refund me my money.
If not, i'll post this on his thread to warn people.
