Hitler

Hitler was the most influential person in the 20th century. He put Germany on the map after WWI. He created jobs, created plans, laws, bills, and the mega highway that brought Germany off of it's legs from WWI. The Germans were mad because everyone blamed Germany for WWI when it was all French's fault because they started the conflict in the Franco-Prussian War. Germany had no where else to turn but Hitler, who although created the massacre against the Jews, brought Germany back incredibly.

What do you think about hitler? If you were him, what would you do differently? Do you think he would of taken over the world if the USA didn't stop him in time?

My opinions now :p

Hitler is extremely smart. He started as nothing at all, was a messenger boy in WWI, and STILL ended up taking over germany and almost the world.

What I would of done differently was not betray Russia, made a treaty with france saying I will give you your land back if you help us fight against the USA. Then fight and win the usa, and take over the world.

If USA waited even 1 more year, hitler would of been successful with his plans of taking over the world.

What are your opinions? Im interested.

Hitler was extremely smart? Your complimenting the man who killed millions of Jews and started a conflict that claimed millions of other lives? I can't see how you see him as smart... I see Hitler as a megalomaniac and almost psychopath with his insane views on Jews and how there was one race greater than all the others. All of his ideas were total BS. If I was him I would've killed myself once I had the idea that other people should be persecuted based on ideas. As for him taking of the world if America and other countries weren't there to stop him? Of course he would have, as he controlled one of the world's most determined and intimidating military force at that time and could have easily overwhelmed neighboring countries and overseas countries had a coalition of countries not been there to stop him.

Hitler, in my opinion, wasn’t smart – he hired people to make alot of his decisions for him.

He tried to force his way into power, which failed. How on earth that makes you think he was smart I’ll never know (The Munich Putsch).

Hitler wouldn’t of been able to afford the resources to take over the world, he would have to surrender as Germany would starve (even more than they did).

Hitler was a genius, people blame hitler for everything related with WW2. What you don't realise is hitler is just one man, he didnt put a gun to a jews head and pull the trigger.

No, but he gave the orders to kill 6 million jews. The army swore an oath to Hitler. They did they're job. So this was Hitlers.

France helped in the war? I didn't notice.

Lmao!

Hitler was an insanely good leader. better than any others today. dont get me worng he killed poeple, and yes thats bad, but im not talking about him killing people. he brought germany out of an economic crisis, germany was in one of the best states it has ever been in when hitler was in power, ge brough money adn jobs. her valued his countrymen, the war was for expanding germany, helping his countrymen. he was not selfish whatsoever./

Yes, he brought Germany out of an economic crisis but, he also put Germany back into one with all the money he spent on the awr.

He created jobs by sending millions into WWII. He valued his country men? He killed some of the SA that had protected him. I'm sure they felt very valued.

You're not talking about him killing people? Oh, yeah... Lets just forget the holocaust.

Firstly, understand that the USA pictures itself as a far bigger contributor than it actually was. In both World War One and Two the USA refused to step in to help anyone until the enemy attacked them. The USA didn't actually do that much, so don't assume that they did.

Secondly, Hitler was not smart. Contrary to what you suggest, Hitler was actually tactically a failure. What he was good at was manipulating people.

Thirdly, he didn't really "betray" Russia. Both countries signed the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact as a matter of convenience so they could re-build their armies and economies. It was inevitable that it would be broken.

Fourth, your idea to make a pact with France to take out USA is ridiculous. As previously stated, the USA didn't even help much; America is an isolationist nation who doesn't give a shit about anyone else. Germany was actually focuses on Britain and Canada (after he took over most of Europe).

Fifth, Hitler's failure was not greatly affected by America. Hitler doomed himself when he engaged Russia, opening himself for attack on two separate fronts.

Sixth, the States actually fought a lot more against Japan than against Germany. Germany wasn't really attacking them so they could've cared less.

Seventh, if I was Hitler, I would have done what Hitler had done because I was Hitler. If you meant, "if you were in Hitler's position," then the obvious answer is to simply not attempt to take over the world.

Oh and that's ridiculous. Hitler was a terrible leader; leading through fear and threat of execution is not a good leader. A good leader inspires people; he doesn't lead so much as show people what they could do.

Hitler didn't really bring Germany out of an economic crisis. War makes every major nation rich; it pulled everyone out of the depression. Hitler didn't do this on purpose.

Hitler was also entirely selfish; he didn't do anything for his people. Just look at the German army; people were shot for minor things, because Hitler didn't care. He was simply power hungry and self-centered. Even obvious proof exists; "Heil Hitler," "Fuhrer," and the mandatory publication of "Mein Kamph" are easy to see.

If you're talking about great leaders of that time, perhaps you should take a look at Winston Churchill.

The US stopped Hitler?

*cough* russians *cough*

fuck, the UK did more than the US

How can you even say that the UK did more than the U.S.? If you understood what FDR was trying to do, he used propaganda to try to get into office for a third term aswell as try to help Winston Churchill in the war. How can you say that the UK did more than the US when the UK suffered 550,000 casualties and the US suffered 600,000 and more? It's not who did more, it's who came first and made the bigger impact. UK was in the war waaay before the US came in, so therefore, had their own things they were doing against the Axis Powers.

US was trying to do 2 things: Help against Germany and fight Japan in the Pacific. They both had completely different goals in minds when they entered the war, so you can't consider who did more or not. US was able to offer support to Europe and annihilate Japan in the Battle of Midway then the evident Nuclear Bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

You can't say one did more than the other. So don't go making assumptions...

Actually you can. The US wouldn't have stepped in if they hadn't been attacked. The US only suffered more causalities because of tons of stupid ideas, such as Iwo Jima. Now that really is ridiculous to base who did more off causalities.

Don't make assumptions.

Just because you view Hitler's intentions as bad does not mean that he was not an intelligent and great leader. He was one of Germany's best and they would be close to unkown if he never became its leader.

If I was him I would've killed myself once I had the idea that other people should be persecuted based on ideas.

No, you wouldn't have. Common sense tells me that much.

Hitler was a gifted speaker, and a natural leader, just what he did with his power was wrong.

debatable.

The reasoning as to why Hitler committed all of his deeds against these countries, were understandable though in my opinion. The terms of the Treaty of Versailles was absolutely ridiculous.

1. Germany had to accept the Blame for starting the war (Clause 231).

2. Germany had to pay £6,600 million (called Reparations) for the damage done during the war.

3. Germany was forbidden to have submarines or an air force. She could have a navy of only six battleships, and an Army of just 100,000 men. In addition, Germany was not allowed to place any troops in the Rhineland, the strip of land, 50 miles wide, next to France.

4. Germany lost Territory (land) in Europe (see map, below). Germany’s colonies were given to Britain and France.

Jew's had nothing to do with the nukes. And the united states didnt nuke germany, they nuked japan. Albert einstein created the nuke with the help of Enrico Fermi. So I don't see what your trying to say.

Albert Einstien did NOT CREATE THE NUKE, his discovery of the source of it was his part, he had no intention of weapons of mass destruction, he was a pacifist.
