Hiring a few workers [07rs work]

Hello and welcome to my hiring thread. I recently got SVU and I am looking to get more of my business to boom First thing is first I am looking for a couple of people to do the following:

1- powerleveler/quester
1- fire cape manager
1- bot farm controller

For the first posting I require the user to be on for atleast 6 hours a day non negotiable, I also am looking for somebody who is very fast and doesn't mess around and wants to make serious money.

For the second posting I require the user to be available for atleast 4 times a day and to be able to do a firecape at any time. I want valid proof you can do firecapes on all sorts of accounts the more proof the better.

For the third posting I require constant access to a computer on command multiple times a day. You will be working with me to do this and must be very familiar with bot farms.

There are requirements to do any of this jobs as the following states:

You will not be a newcomer or somebody who has just joined with a few posts, I am looking for serious workers only. If you have SVU and or I make the choice you are trusted you will be allowed to join. Upon my descretion a 15m 07 deposit will be required for the safety of our customers. a few questions if you don't mind me asking:
How much is a employee going to make per hour for fire cape manager and bot farm controller.
If one is trusted e.g. SVU and so on is he required to pay the 15M 07 Desposit fee.
How are you sure that you will get 4 firecape orders a day ''I require the user to be available for atleast 4 times a day and to be able to do a firecape at any time.''.
