i wanted powerplay to do my dung lvl to lvl 70, but he scammed me, i was going first so i send him the money. but once i sent it he just blocked me on skype!

now i lost my 10bucks for nothing.

how can i report him?

Sorry you got scammed, gl with the report.

Also you should dispute or chargeback the payment if its via paypal.
