Hiring personal graphic designer (long term employment)

I am looking for a graphic designer to design numerous thread layouts, posters, banners, sigs and much more this person may they be deemed fit. Will take on a whole clans graphic side responsibilities with much money to be earned, and a weekly to-do list to be completed. We are looking for a graphic designer that isn't very known, with very good key skills in adobe after effects and and photo shop. If you have been to college for this area of business it will be a plus. You will have to make daily giveaway pictures and weekly promotions with discounts. A person must be creative and be able to work off hes own initiative, Also be able to be contacted every day when ever we need them. If they are in the RuneScape scene or have made money from RuneScape this will be a bonus to. I will show a few examples which we are in huge demand of right now, as we grow bigger and expand.
