This will be determined by me based off trust, amount of training needed, what kind of customer experience u have, etc. New agents start at the lower tier of payment, I also have several systems to help my workers make money in place, the more seniority u have = the more u'll make.

What will I need to do?
-Train Combat/Non Combat stats on Rs07 & Rs3(U can choose which)
-Do firecapes on Rs07

What are the requirements?

-$150-$300 deposit unless u have a highly trusted reputation here on sythe or elsewhere(Amount needed determined by online reputation/trust)
-You do not have scam reports
-You must be able to work 20 hrs/week,40+ preferred
-You understand the Skilling/Fire cape market
