Himom416 scammed me over 100m and recovered account.

This is the second time I've been scammed buying an account.. its really disconcerting that there are people out there that will straight up steal your money. I worked almost 6 months to be able to have enough money to buy an account, in total with what I transferred onto the account I am now out 140m osrs gp. It sucks because I love this game but I can't afford another 6 months to rebuild what I lost because this shitty person decided to be a thief.

Here is the whole chat thread and proof password was reset and recovered. there is all the recovery questions and passwords he gave me, which I now realize are all fake so I don't think there's any point in blacking out the info. Heck take a crack at taking the account since its lost any way, this guy doesn't deserve shit.

 

I have attempted to contact via his sythe account here and no response, but he has logged in so he's seen it.

After doing some searches I've also found out this dude has gone under a few different usernames; Two_chiins, brysoncougar64 and some others and it looks like he has been scamming people since 2013 in different games.

A genuine piece of shit.

Sorry for your loss. Account buying always poses a risk, even more so if the person you're buying from isn't reputable such as this case. Please read the following to better protect yourself in the future:
1.) Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!
2.) ALWAYS request a sythe PM, make sure the PM includes both your Discord Name and UIDs as shown here: Discord PM Template
3.) Familiarise yourself with who you can trust: Trading 101 - Vouches, donor status and how you can stay safe!!
4.) Learn how to stay safe from Discord scams: How to Identify & Avoid Being Scammed on Discord [Guide]
5.) If you're still unsure how trustworthy someone is, use a middleman from here: MiddleMan Forums
Although a middleman can't help you if the account is recovered as explained in 1.) above.
