    Why you think they are ban evading: He ordered a thread layout on his account "I am in" (currently banned); which got banned for evading as well. He constantly keeps making accounts and asking me to edit the thread layout for him. I'm sure you'll figure out that he's an evador just by checking Coke is baws' IP, but if you want proof of our Skype chats, I'll give you them.
