High Times is a scammer.

Basically, he's been selling cheap mills but has not fulfilled ONE order yet. He has around 15 people who have paid him and not recieved anything. His msn is still "Selling bulk mills cheap" and has not been on recently (the last time i spoke to him, was when i bought the rsgp off him). Alot of people have been asking for refunds over the past 1-2 weeks and have not recieved anything.

Read through the thread, and see all the unhappy customers all of which have not recieved a refund. He has claimed family emergencies for the past few weeks, but to be fair it is not hard to refund people on papal... a few minutes at the maximum. He would of closed his shop if the emergency was that bad.

He promised me that he would refund if he wasn't finished in 4 days after i paid him which was on the 29th. A week later and i havn't heard anything from him on msn and no communication on his behalf. He has posted on his thread that he will refund, and has apparently already spoken to people on msn about it, but he has not been on msn, and no one has been refunded, which is evident by all the people complaining, if you read through the thread.

If his family emergency is true, then i do feel some leniancy towards him, so a temp ban untill all refunds have been given would suffice. But something needs to be done to repay all the people who have invested in his service, as no action of this can be seen as of yet.

 

I've banned him as a precaution/until he pays everyone back.
