Banned for account reselling?

Banned for account reselling. I have more than 1 Max cape account for sale this is unfair to think it's the same account. It has different dungeoneering aswell.

Can i take a screenshot saying its me showing the name/stats? and pm it? Or verify in game.

First max cape account you can contact Namedontcare or what ever and ask he still has the max cape account i sold him.

You are vampir, you sold krillix a maxed cape account, then recovered it off of him and started selling it on magebank
