Dumby1 banned.

I got banned and it says that I got unbanned 22.09.2012
Now lets start, im banned for nothing.

I never scammed anybody.

On that picture u can see that he saw that the code he gave me was invalid.

It was an skype screen share thing and I showed him that it was invalid.
It was a start.

(U can use google translate for this, its Estonian)

And why would sum 1 give me 3 different codes if I only ordered one?
Also in that picture u can see that he just gave me 3 different pin codes when I only asked for one. What can it be?
My opinion: He just had another business with sum 1 else(he was kinda busy while we had some business), this sum 1 else used the code and he just posted this to his thread and said that I scammed him?

I cant provide the video I was talking about on that picture becouse it was too long and didnt saved correctly or I dont even know what happened, program just closed itself.

Now let me ask u, who is sayin that he didnt had another customer at this when he has business with me? Becouse as u can see he saw that the code was invalid and I didnt even had a chance to try last one what is showed in his pic:

Im looking for answers why am I banned?
From those pictures u can see that theres nothing to do with pin he made a picture off:


All we tried was 308244(invalid) and 308344(was too late already, he saw it from screen share view)

And last question, as u can see from pictures then who would delete some body who hv "scammed or how ever u call it which didnt happen" and after he made thread and got me banned without showing alot of pictures?

Its very simple to make sum body a scammer this way.
Im rly looking for some good answers becouse Im banned again for absolute nothing!

First I was banned till 22.09.2012
Now it says im a scammer and wont get unbanned never again.


I never scammed that guy, I really didnt receive the membership from him and I never used that second code what he showed in his pictures.

ANYWAY I stop that. I wanna get unbanned, I have over 900 vouches, now my question is, why would I scam sumbody with 10m?
Where is the justice? Why am I perm banned now even when none hv gave me any chance to pay for that?

I didnt receive that membership at second, thats why I started arguing about it and made an dispute thread.
Victim or how should I call him, an actor deleted me so I cant pay him for his loss(10M Runescape GP)

Sorry I didn't see your messages. But, Dumby is saying he will refund that member, and accept a TwC. I see signs of good character.

Alright, looking at everything over again, I don't think there's conclusive evidence that Dumby1 himself redeemed the code. He showed that he was having problems redeeming the second upgrade, while JustHope continued, and in the end JustHope was charged. This could be a mistake on JustHope's end, their could even be another third party involved, etc. the fact is that there isn't enough evidence to say that Dumby1 redeemed the code. Just before this trade, he did another trade with JustHope that went perfectly fine. Dumby1 has even offered to pay back the 10m, and receive a TwC if it's necessary, so I don't think he's the type of person to do this. I don't see why he would want to scam 10m anyway, because a person of his standard could make more legit, and if he wanted to scam, wouldn't do so for some measly amount. I don't understand why JustHope deleted Dumby1 off Skype in the end, anyway, because I wouldn't want to delete the person who scammed me. You can even take into consideration that Dumby1 is a big competitor to JustHope, so there a lot of things to consider about this case. In the end, I don't think there's enough proof that he redeemed the code. But, the timings of the scam do seem a little fishy, and I don't like how his video "didn't work." My final decision is to unban Dumby1 with a disputable TwC.

Note: Also, I'd like to Dumby1 to pay 5m to JustHope. You can contact me in the IRC and give me the money if you'd like, then I can give it to JustHope. Taking into consideration on everything stated above, I don't think you need to pay JustHope full price.

 

Unarchiving this real quick. I have received the 5m from Dumby1, and will pay JustHope as soon as possible. I'll update this thread again when he's been paid.
