Pardon - years later - Darklom

Last year I believe I was doing trying to sell my account when a mod runs my IP and finds that I have "Ban Evaded" because an account I made got banned for it's username ("CLICKMETOSEESTAFFSCAMS") / I posted a picture of Sythe and that how muh money they scammed (this was two years ago) but when it got banned I realized I just should not do that again (That's why I continued using "Darklom" without any problem for a year or so until I attempted to sell my account)
Now I've come back to Runescape and I'd like to purchase gold & just be part of a community which I like I do realize I did a huge mistake and I'd like to be forgiven, can I be given one more chance? I've never had a warning for any reason in "Darklom",

P.S - This is my last attempt, I really do acknowledge what I did wrong and I just want another chance, I just really want a community where I can interact with other people as in ask question to just simply entertain myself.
