Requirements:
Attack And strength must be 130+ Combined ( Edited Because i made mistake )
40+ Defence to weild the thing, Duh.
Supply me with lots of food and Full black to get tokens.

What you MUST have:
A Weapon (Rune Scim+)
Armour (Rune+)

Extras Would be nice like:
Ring of wealth
Zerker Helm
Nice cape
Climbing boots+

Thats all for requirements

The first three are for vouches to be more trusted, thats the truth.
