    hiding/changing my ip

so i'm trying to hide or changes my public ip.
So what i know up till now:
there is a dynamic ip (which u can see at: cmyip.com), and if you reset your router: then this ip adress will change.
BUT games/forums/... will still see your statis, public ip: so your ip ban will stay.

I heard people saying that hotspotshield could hide your real ip, but that is not true... the mods still recognized my ip.

    Any solutions for this?
    i won't mind paying a few $/month for a working solution :s

    thanks in advance!

    hiding/changing my ip

you are 100% sure that it changes my public ip right?
Cause someone advised me "hotspotshield", saying it would and it didn't (it only changed my ip @cmyip.com).
Thank god, hotspotshield, was a free software: so i don't lose anything on it.
But if i'm buying a vpn, then i would really like to be sure that my public ip gets changed.
    Can u confirm this?

Your IP at cmyip.com is your public IP. That's the only one that anyone can see.

You can also proxy your IP. Proxies and VPNs tend to slow down your net connection quite a bit, though. You should also consider masking your host name and your MAC. Host name is easy, MAC is not.

Proxy servers are the way I go when I'm tunneling through network security at work and poking holes in our network infrastructure.

If you're trying to get around an IP ban, unplug your modem overnight and shut down your PC. Turn it on after a few hours of downtime and your IP address will have changed. You can also use ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew to pull new IPs when under large IP lists, just leave some time between release and renew.

    hiding/changing my ip

but my ip @cmyip.com changes everytime i reset my router.
    this is my situation:
i used to use a forum, but i got banned for having multiple accounts.
i had to clear cookies/reset my router in order to make a new account.
i thought everything was fine, but then a moderator banned me again (after 1 week of being very active on the forum: saying that i was a ban evader)
So he caught me while my ip @cmyip.com was different from the time i actually got banned on my 1st 2 accounts.

I tried: vpnreactor, but that's not working either.

looking into the other ideas now
    thanks

this is what happened with vpn reactor:
    i had an ip, let's say 156.546.54.15.
i connected to vpn reactor and i got this ip (on cmyip.com): 155.646.84.75
i tried to create a new account on the forum and it says: oops something went wrong, ur ip is known as a spam ip ? :s

i also tried resetting the router, and it changed my ip indeed (at cmyip.com)
but i still get banned omfg.
is there any way like: using teamviewer, to connect to another pc and browse from that one.

idk about internet speed btw, i just want to go surf the forum...

    now trying: http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/
will let you know if this one works

As you're asking to try to avoid a ban, I'm going to go ahead and close this.
