How to upload Gifs as an avatar.

Do i need to donate or what. everytime i try uploading a GIF it doesnt animate.

 

i believe you have to pm a mod to make it move, i forgot if its for donors only though.

 

You can use a .Gif avatar without donating if it is under 19.5 KB. Any larger and you'll need to donate and you can request a Global to change it for you.

Just to add on to what Brendan said; if they haven't changed it, the size limit of a .gif for non-donors is 80x80.
