rs2gp Buying a 1 - 63 range pure or 40 def acc

Hey sythe, im paying up to 2Mil for an account with 63 range or 40 defence

But there's a catch.
It can have no attack or strength, Other stats don't matter
I don't want the account higher than level 60 tbh.

I'm gonna try for a firecape with these stats
