Unauthorized access to my RS account by JustHope OR t5virus

First some background information.
I wanted some upgrades for my RS account.
With JustHope it didn't work out, with t5virus it did.
I had to give both my login details, so they could do the upgrade.

However, one of them tried to log in to my account yesterday (after the trades were done with t5virus).
I did not agree with either of them to do that, and to upgrade the account, you don't even have to login.
Luckily, the RS account guardian denied login access.

I got an email from Jagex with the IP of the person who tried to log in.
I don't know who tried to. I already PM'ed RsProd with the IP, and he said that there was an IP match.
I created this thread for providing more proof as to why it was unauthorized, and to bust a (potential) scammer.

I only get an email from Jagex' account guardian if someone tries to login on my account to PLAY. If you login on the website, this doesn't happen.
As you can see on the above conversation of JustHope, we didn't discuss that, so it was an unauthorized login.

I don't know his IP, only Sythe admins/mods know.
This is the proof of the person with his/her IP that tried to login:


If JustHope's IP matches the above's IP, then JustHope was the potential scammer.

(I don't have more proof on a Sythe PM on this matter. Tried to get that too, but failed. In the second screenshot however, he tells how he got his Sythe account name. He doesn't say that the name (account) isn't his, so he acknowledged that t5virus is his Sythe account.)

I never told them to login to my account to let them play on my account.
If the account guardian wasn't active, there would be a huge chance that they would steal equipment/cash/etc.

It took quite some time to set up this post, I hope you can help me bust out and identify this scammer
