What browser do you use mostly?

It's been awhile since we had one of these polls. It will be interesting to see if the tide has turned!

 

You obviously know, safari - "apple fanboy"

 

I hear the latest version works very well on the latest Apple OS.

 

Chrome. I was a big Firefox fan for a long time but it got.. clunky and annoying. I much prefer chrome, it looks sleek and its smooth.

 

Chrome, it's just the best and most used atm.

 

It gets the most page loads but more people definitely use IE still.

 

chrome is the best for me, i occasionally use internet explorer.

 

Same as Roary, I used to love Firefox but it got really laggy and I see how much smoother Chrome is.

 

Chrome when I'm on my computer. Safari when I'm on my iPhone/iPad.

 

The beta vs Safari only has one major issue, no private browsing.

The majority of my browsing is done via private because the entire page is different, black (private) vs white (public). The white is extremely bright which is a bit of a turnoff but hopefully the private is fixed when they decide to release the actual version.

The iOS is still in beta stages, I expected errors when I got it.

 

Do you browse on your computer or iPhone/iPad more?

 

Safari, I don't even know why tbh. It is shit.

 

Chrome, was so happy when I got it on my iPhone as well.

 

All I ever use is chrome.

 

I remember when my sister always used chrome, I thought it was shit and all when I gave it a try. Then I remember not being able to use ff for a reasn I cant remember now, gave chrome another try and within a few hours or a day or 2 and I couldnt go back. Firefox was still good then, I was just used to it.

Most page loads because its faster than IE. I remember reading that IE was at the top or a close second a few months ago, was hard to believe and still is. I still have yet to find a group of people where the majority uses IE. I have a feeling its more of the older people.

 

No it's because it pre-loads a lot of pages when you do a Google search. And it's mostly Asia and corporations that still use IE.

 

I use Chrome and Firefox interchangeably. IE10 isn't *that* bad, also.

 

No it isn't. But they were the last to get there so there isn't much of a reason to change.

 

Been a fan of chrome for ages but recently it was shitting the bed for me with "oops chrome has crashed, reload now?" and freezing often. Moved back to firefox and it's working fine for me.

 

Didnt know this, I meant it as the joke like how you still see IE slow jokes on facebook, reddit etc.

Still good to know about this.

Ill admit that IE improved quite a bit recently, but its left a bad taste in the mouth of everyone that switched before the improvements.
