Very nice, Semi-pro only because there are a few areas that cut off. I like yours especially.

Pre-beginner, anyone can pick up PS and C4D and do exactly what you have done after a single 10 minute tutorial.

Thanks Thomas for you rating im currently trying to make a decent wallpaper ill pm you a link if i ever finish it :D

10 min tut? Lol no I only looked at a few tuts and that was on how to insert brushes -__- Ive done this work by messing with cap settings and blending options and other stuff. Yeah theres alot ive got to learn and this stuff takes alot more practice than just looking at a tutorial for ten mins -_-

No it doesn't. There are hundreds of tutorials on YT that will teach you how to make better looking text than any of yours and they're generally no more than 10 minutes long. Add the time that it takes actually put it to use then it would probably take max half hour.

What I am saying is that adding a glow, some caps, and color doesn't make it good. You have to build effects and depth as well as producing a crisper and better looking text.

There probably is tutorials on youtube which are around 10 mins long that look better than mine like i said the only tut I've looked at was the brush one and yes it did take less than half an hour but thats because im still learning more features.

What I am saying is that I have only experimented with the Glow, Caps and colour not that it looks good im asking how it looks. Chill bro im still new to GFX.

All you do is talk shit about other peoples graphics, and act like you know everything about graphics there is to know, and hey maybe you do, I haven't even seen any of your work. But instead of saying that it's shit, maybe tell them how they could make it better.

OT: definitely have a lot to learn. work on the lighting, are you using c4d?

He asked for a rate and I rated him, go up and read the OP. Then he disagreed with both me and surj when we rated him the same. He is just wanting someone to build him up and I was just being honest and explaining why I rated him that. If he wanted a CnC I can easily provide a CnC.

And you must not have any experience in a real graphics community. It isn't talking shit, it's called critique. You post what is wrong with the piece. If you're coming into the GFX section I am going to be honest with you and not bullshit around trying to make you feel good.

So if you want to continue to talk shit then please PM me and I can explain in-depth.

    OT:

What you need to work on is your composition. Just having straight on text with a glow on it and couple of renders isn't good. You have to make it dynamic and you have put depth and flow into. A static signature is boring and it doesn't draw the eye. You add depth through creative blurring and sharpening. Stuff really far back and stuff really close up blurs. Things in the middle ground are sharp and in focus. Next is colors. You color choice is horrendous. The neons don't work if they're matte and look flat. You have to add a sheen and shine to it to give the neon look. Materials are like 50% of a C4D sig and the other important part is lighting. Having an excellent lighting set-up will give a certain crispness to the text. On the caps it will add a white reflection that will make the text look nice and sharp. Next glow should be used very sparingly. It looks unprofessional and really tacky.

    High beginner.

You sir, aren't incredibly perceptive - read the original post and stop insulting fellow enthusiasts.
