well.... my opinion totally don't know if this actually applies or not but i would assume something in these guidelines.

Make a thread asking to be promoted in the Suggestions forum.
If enough people support you, it will go to a staff vote.

You should make friends with a few of the staff before making your application because the staff tend to vote 'yes' for their friends.

It takes some time, but it isn't too hard to become a mod.

1. PM an admin, I'd prefer Pen or Finn, and tell them we'll need a section for trolls.
2. If they doesn't accept either spam them or post in suggestion section.
3. Get enough supporters. If people doesn't support, just make tons of users and say you support.
4. Be yourself in that section and BAM!, your sectional.

 

whats a troll? and sounding like a good idea, is that what other people do?
