Need luring partners/team brand new lure

I have invented a new lure which i can guarentee noone knows yet, it doesnt require you guys to risk anything at all if you dont trust me yet i just need someone to pull it off with... you will need to have at least 100m+ to show the victim as im going to try and lure some rares..
