Herb run

So, i was doing a herb run and planting toadflax and my plant in fally patch hasnt grown to its second stage for over 24 hours, anyone know why lol?

Because it's dead.

Sounds strange. I've had herbs take a little longer than 90 mins now and then, but 24 hours? That's fucked up.
