So starting on my obby mauler pure.

So with an obby mauler pure, can you have mage and ranged or no? I want mage to be able to teleport to places and such mainly, but also because I love mage. xD
Also any suggestions for an obby mauler pure?

 

Yes, you can raise your magic up to a certain extent.

I'm pretty sure you can raise your Magic just as high as your Strength if I'm not mistaken...

Not sure about that though.

magic. use spells. it'll train ur HP up and hit more than str with brine saber or machete

 

Pretty sure Brine Sabre requires 40 attack.

 

At 1 attack / 99 strength you can only get 67-68 range/magic levels (depending on hp/prayer levels)

As stated above, brine saber is 40 attack. Stick to training slayer for the staff and use range sparingly.

 

Magic multiplied by 1.5 needs to be lower than your total melee stats not including HP.

to stay OT you can only get a certian amount of mage/range levels before it starts effecting your combat level.

Well back to my other post, whats the best way to start slayer?
And I'll probably get my mage to like 45-51? Just to be able to teleport to ardougne and such.

 

You can raise your Mage without leveling. U can even train with spells like weaken and curse and alching etc to not lvl ur hp
