Im exhausted, and I'm honestly over it, I won't get my money back either way, and I CBA to make a full report. The proof is there, he confirmed that it was him that took the 07 cash, and proceeded to block me after taking the money. It's up to you guys (the forums admins) to take care of this man. I have provided you with more than enough proof that he did indeed scam me, but if you feel like there is not enough proof then don't punish him, and let him scam someone else. Either way, I'm blocking this site from my browser.

This user tried to bait me last second while we were on second trade screen on OSRS with 48m up in trade, he put me under the impression he would accept first while we would meet on the RSPS and I would accept after, but he declined. Keep in mind this is after many days of us speaking back and forth (and him always having a suspicious excuse to back out whenever I brought up an MM). I blocked him as soon as he declined.

See screenshot below of conversation I had with this user on 2 days ago on May 6. He PM'd me trying to tell me he bought GP off some website and wanted me to pick it up on his behalf, his reason was "He did not have a high enough combat level account to pick up the GP" So he wanted to buy RSPS GP off me and have me pick up the GP that he apparently bought from a website on his behalf, as soon as I explained to him that I would not be giving him GP first, he immediately said "Nvm they refunded me". This guy has been nothing but a suspicious waste of time from the start.

Sigh, your really gonna make me pull out the facts and prove that you're a scumbag? Bet.
First of all, your first point makes 0 sense at all.
Second, RSGoldMine (the site I tried to buy my 07 gold from) does not sell to low level accounts. They state that in their terms of service, however me being in the rush that I was, didn't read. Therefore I was refunded my money.

So, at this time, I've gotten my refund and i've bought 07 gold from another site that sells to low level accounts. As you can see in the photo, I ask him if he's okay with me paying in increments so that if he scams me, I don't lose as much. (Which is what ended up happening in the long run btw) then he goes to say that a 4-5 increment trade is risky and doesn't want to do it until he has less cash on his account.

I wait 2 days later, seeing if he has a low enough stock so that he would consider the increment trade method. He then says its too risky for him, and would do it if it were to go I pay 50% of the 07 gold first, then him then me then finally him. That was way too much for me to risk so I offered a 33% increment trade. You can start to tell that he wants as much as he can get in the first trade just by the way he's talking. He offers an MM but since he said (some are free) I assumed that any MM this guy gives me is probably a fraud (This is my first time RWTing btw)

In this photo you can see that he clearly does not want 33% of the total, he wants either 50% or 100% of the gold from the first trade, so that he can accept it and run with as much profit as he can get.


King, please don't try to rebuttal this, I have more than enough proof and I have even more than what I just shown. I just CBA to spend anymore time and energy into what is already done. Just take the free 48m with your punishment and be on your way.
