Helping with webdesign

I need some creative help to finish a website.
There are 4 pages that need to be designed.

• Home
• Parents
• Shipping
• Contact

I have already designed the Puppy page, but I'm always open to feedback or a redesign.

Background is a little too dark in my opinion.

Another thing from a UX perspective, when clicking on an image and it zooms into that lightbox mode, the "X" to close it is hard to notice/find. Perhaps consider moving it closer to the image.

The other pages shouldn't be too hard to design since they will all be based off the main page.

Just change the background to white, the current white foreground to a sleek silver and add a slight curve to your curves on your borders and I think that will already make it look a lot better.

 

Background colour plays a key role in web design. It is better to have the light color on the site because it will improve the look of the site and give more professional look. You should understand the variation of colors that will have the positive effect on the site.
