Help with selling on Paypal

Hey guys, I've basically got a few questions on selling on Sythe. After a mediocre attempt at selling 30m (ending with me asking for the thread to be closed because I haven't got a clue) I believe i'm in serious need of assistance.

Now before people post things like 'use the search function n00b', i've already tried, and for some reason it doesn't work, and when I searched using google, it brought up old methods and stuff.

Before I post my questions, here's the situation:
I've created a Moneybookers account (not verified) and i've got a verified Paypal account.

so here are my questions:

1) With Moneybookers, can I withdraw money from my moneybookers balance into my bank balance electronically like I can on Paypal? The reason I ask this, is because apparently Moneybookers is safer than paypal and I don't know why this is.

2) How can I ensure I don't get a chargeback?

3) How can you tell if someone is paying by a credit card or not when receiving payments please?



That's basically my big questions out of the way. I mean, if someone could just answer those and then give me a safe method of trading I'd be very grateful
